5) How long do your products support me after the first 90 day period of operation?

A) All of the products are all inclusive during the setup stage and during the first 90 days of operation for your new business (unless otherwise noted on the package you purchased). Depending on the package you purchased some of the products or services will not be supported after the first 90 days of operation. However you will be given the chance to continue support on each if you choose. All this information can be explained by our highly trained product support representatives.

A) Our highly trained product and services support representatives are there for you every step of the way during the allotted support time with your company. They will answer your questions and help you through any steps in which you are having difficulty. If for some reason they don’t have an immediate answer, we will do the research and work to get the answer for you, so you don’t waste any of your time.

7) Will I have contact with the vendors of your products or services?

A) Yes, you will have direct contact with each of our vendors throughout the support time of the package you purchased. They will provide training and support for each of the products or services they provide. We work closely with each and every vendor, so we stay highly trained on their products and services. You will have our full support in addition to each and every vendor!

8) Why wouldn't I just go out and buy these products or hire the vendors myself?
